Tata Power Solar Systems Limited (TPSSL) has signed a contract with NTPC Limited to deliver 152 MWp solar photovoltaic modules.
The modules will be delivered for NTPC’s Nokh solar project in Rajasthan. The project’s value amounts to around Rs 4.18 billion. NTPC is in the process of constructing Nokh solar park (three units of 245 MW each) in Pokaran, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, with a total capacity of 735 MW. The project will employ bi-facial mono passivated emitter and rear cell modules falling under the domestic content requirement category.
