Power Mech Projects Limited has acquired orders worth Rs 21.92 billion for the revival, operations and maintenance (O&M) services at coal-fired power plant and mining of river bed minerals.
The company has been awarded a contract for the revival and O&M services at a coal-fired power plant, encompassing 2×150 MW (Phase-1) and 2×350 MW (Phase-2) sub-critical units situated in Thamminapatnam, Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh. Meenakshi Energy Limited has awarded this contract to Power Mech Projects for Rs 6.75 billion. It also bagged another order for mining of river bed mineral located in river bed of Dehradun, Haridwar, Udham singh Nagar and Nainital districts for Rs 15.18 billion. This contract would be executed through a special purpose vehicle to be incorporated for the same.
