PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has incorporated a special purpose vehicle (SPV)  company as a wholly owned subsidiary, Pune- III Transmission Limited.
The SPV has been incorporated for the development of “Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from Potential Renewable Energy Zone in Khavda Area of Gujarat under Phase-IV (7GW).”. PFCCL has been nominated as the bid process coordinator for selection of developer through tariff based competitive bidding for the independent transmission projects by Ministry of Power.
