JSW to invest Rs 90 billion to set up 1,500 MW pump storage project in Telangana

JSW Neo Energy Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, has unveiled plans to set up pumped storage project with a capacity of 1,500 MW, involving an investment of Rs 90 billion in Telangana.

A memorandum of understanding was signed between JSW Neo Energy and the state government at the World Economic Forum in Davos. JSW Neo will spearhead the project’s implementation.
