Adani Power Limited has incorporated, in consortium, an special purpose vehicle (SPV) under the name Moxie Power Generation Limited (MPGL).
The company’s shareholding is 49 per cent of the total share capital of MPGL. The objective of incorporating the SPV inter alia is to carry on the business of generation, accumulation, distribution and supply of and to generally deal in electricity.
