Gensol Engineering Limited has raised Rs 9 billion equity capital through warrants convertible into equity shares on a preferential basis.
The equity fundraising attracted participation from both international and domestic investors, including foreign portfolio investors such as Elara India Opportunity Fund, Aries Opportunities Fund, and Tano Investment Opportunities Fund.
