NTPC Limited and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) have inked a joint venture (JV) agreement during India Energy Week to set up offshore wind energy projects as the two firms look to boost collaboration in renewable energy.
This agreement signifies a crucial partnership aimed at leading renewable energy projects, both domestically and internationally. The focus of the collaboration lies in offshore wind projects, with potential expansions into storage, e-mobility, carbon credits, green hydrogen business, and related derivatives such as green ammonia and green methanol.
