Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), a subsidiary of Tata Power Company Limited, has entered into a power delivery agreement with Tata Communications Limited to establish an 18.75 MW AC group captive solar power plant in Aachegaon, Maharashtra.
This collaboration involves an investment of approximately Rs 1.05 billion. The solar power plant, operated under the special purpose vehicle- Nivade Windfarm Limited, is anticipated to generate approximately 40 million units of electricity annually.
