REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has transferred a project-specific special purpose vehicle (SPV) to G R Infraprojects Private Limited.
The SPV, named Pachora Power Transmission Limited, was created for the implementation of an inter state transmission project aimed at evacuating power from renewable energy projects in Rajgarh (1,000 MW) SEZ Phase II in Madhya Pradesh. This transfer took place through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.
