The subsidiaries of the Reliance Power Limited, namely Kalai Power Private Limited and Reliance Cleangen Limited, for the purpose of debt settlement has signed a debt settlement and discharge agreement with the wholly owned subsidiary of Authum Investment and Infrastructure Limited – Reliance Commercial Finance Limited.
The value of total outstanding debt that has been settled stood at Rs 10.23 billion.
