REC Power Distribution Company Limited (REC PDCL) has incorporated Bhadla-III Power Transmission Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for implementing the additional transmission system for evacuation of power from Bhadla-III PS as part of Rajasthan REZ Phase-III scheme (20 GW).
REC PDCL has been appointed as the bid process coordinator for the project for selection of transmission service provider through tariff based competitive bidding process on build, own, operate, and transfer basis. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 3.68 billion.
