Andritz has launched its synchronous condensers in India at a roadshow titled “Synchronous Condensers – Enabling Green Energy Transition”. Andritz used this opportunity to highlight the global market scenario for synchronous condensers and its expertise in the field of grid stabilisation. Power Grid Corporation of India Limited is planning a pilot project to install around 300 MVAr of synchronous condensers in Rajasthan. With its extensive local manufacturing set-up in India, Andritz looks forward to contributing to the pilot project.
