JSW Group signs MoU with MSRIT and SHARIKA to establish JSW Centre of Excellence at Bengaluru

The JSW Group has entered into a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT) and Sharika Smartec to convert conventional power systems into flexible power systems through innovative solutions. This tripartite collaboration will establish the JSW Centre of Excellence (JSW-COE) for Smart Grid technologies at the MSRIT campus, in Bengaluru. According to the agreement, the JSW Group will provide a financial grant to the JSW-COE, MSRIT will establish the centre, and Sharika Smartec will be its knowledge partner as well as operate and maintain the centre. This state-of-the-art centre  is expected to introduce a change in learning and training modules by offering “Lab as a Service” to engineering professionals, supporting start-ups while providing testing as well as consultative support.
