Waaree Energies secures module supply contract for Juna Renewable’s 412.5 MWp project in Rajasthan

Waaree Energies Limited has secured a contract for the supply of 412.5 MWp/335 MW AC of bifacial solar modules in Rajasthan. Awarded by Juna Renewable Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Acciona Energy, the project is expected to be commissioned in March 2025. The project, situated in Kawani village in Bikaner district, is a large-scale solar power plant that will use Waaree’s P-type bifacial modules, each with a capacity of 540-545 Wp. In a separate development, Waaree Energies has secured a contract to supply 280 MW of solar modules to Mahindra Susten. The modules are scheduled for delivery starting from December 2024. The contract specifies the delivery of Waaree Energies’ ELITE Series, N-Type TopCon 580Wp modules, known for their high efficiency and performance in solar applications.
