REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has transferred the project-specific special purpose vehicle (SPV), NERGS-I Power Transmission Limited, to Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited.
The SPV will establish a 400 kV switching station and implement loop-in and loop-out connections in Assam. Techno Electric & Engineering Company was selected as the transmission service provider through a tariff-based competitive bidding process conducted by RECPDCL.
