Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (Powergrid) has emerged as the successful bidder under tariff based competitive bidding for establishing an inter-state transmission system (ISTS) for the “Transmission System Strengthening for interconnections of Bhadla-III & Bikaner-III Complex” Â on build, own operate and transfer (BOOT) basis.
The project involves the construction of a 765 kV direct current transmission line and associated bays extension work at the Bhadla-III and Bikaner-III substations.
