Reportedly, Adani Power Limited is planning to acquire the 600 MW Butibori thermal power plant in Nagpur from Reliance Power Limited.
The deal is expected to be valued between Rs 24 billion and Rs 30 billion. Adani Power is negotiating with CFM Asset Reconstruction Company to acquire the project under Vidarbha Industries Power Limited.
