Power and Instrumentation (Gujarat) Limited has secured a contract from Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (JBVNL) to electrify un-electrified and partially electrified areas in Sahibganj, Jharkhand, under the Mukhyamantri Ujjawal Jharkhand Yojana (MUJY).
The project includes two contracts: the supply of plant (Contract Part I), valued at Rs 229.2 million and the supply of installation services (Contract Part II), worth Rs 54.95 million. The order is to be executed within 18 months from the date of issuance of notification of award for all contractual purpose.
