The Hyderabad bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved Adani Power Limited’s acquisition of Lanco Amarkantak Power Limited (LAPL) for Rs 41.01 billion
The acquisition is to be completed within 60 days from the date of NCLT’s approval order. LAPL operates a 600 MW thermal power plant in Chhattisgarh, supplying power to Haryana and Madhya Pradesh discoms under long-term power purchase agreements.
