Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries, Sunsational Solar Private Limited and Sunsational Energy Private Limited.
The subsidiaries will focus on generating, transmitting, distributing, and selling electricity from non-conventional energy sources, such as solar and wind power. They will also be involved in the construction and operation of power plants, including offering engineering, procurement, and construction services for renewable energy projects across India. Additionally, the subsidiaries plan to develop solar parks and renewable energy systems.
