Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has completed the redemption of USD750 million Holdco notes through a fully funded redemption reserve account.
The Holdco notes were used to support AGEL’s accelerated growth over the past three years. During this period, AGEL increased its capacity from 3.5 GW to 11.2 GW, recording a compounded annual growth rate of 48 per cent.
