Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has received a letter of intent from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the supply of 5,000 MW of solar power.
This solar power will be sourced from AGEL’s project at Khavda in Gujarat. Additionally, Adani Power Limited (APL) will also be involved in this agreement, providing 1,496 MW (net) of thermal power from a new 1,600 MW ultra-supercritical thermal power project. Both companies will sign separate contracts with MSEDCL for their respective contributions.
