Prime Minister inaugurates fourth Global RE-INVEST in Gandhinagar, Gujarat

The Prime Minister has inaugurated the fourth Global Renewable Energy Investor’s Meet and Expo (RE-INVEST) at Gandhinagar, Gujarat to highlight India’s achievement in installing almost 200 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity.

The agenda covered financing, green hydrogen, and future energy solutions, complemented by an exhibition of industry innovations. The Prime Minister inaugurated the summit, highlighting India’s target of 500 GW of renewable capacity by 2030. Under the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme has seen over 130 million registrations and 0.33 million installations so far.
