ONGC Green Energy Limited (OGL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with PTC India Limited to acquire the latter’s 288.8 MW operational wind power projects in India.
The 288.8 MW operational projects consisting 157 wind turbine generators, are located across Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka.
