Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has received a notification of award (NoA) worth over Rs 61 billion from NTPC Limited for the 1×800 MW Sipat supercritical thermal power project (STPP) stage-III in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
The contract, awarded through international competitive bidding, involves engineering, procurement, and construction works, including equipment supply, erection and commissioning, and civil works. The timeline for completion of facilities is 48 months.
