Premier Energies International Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Energies Limited, has signed a module supply agreement (MSA) with BN Hybrid Power-1 Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle of BrightNight India.
Under this agreement, Premier Energies will supply 173.35 MWp of solar modules with Topcon technology for their 300 MW renewable energy project in Barmer, Rajasthan. The supply of these modules is scheduled to start in July 2025.
