REC Power Development & Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC, has transferred the special purpose vehicle , Rajasthan IV H1 Power Transmission Limited to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (Powergrid) through a tariff-based competitive bidding process. The share purchase agreement (SPA) was executed between RECPDCL and the Powergrid for the transfer.
