Gensol Engineering Limited has incorporated three subsidiaries- Innogrid Energy Private Limited, Hari Shakti Energy and Shakti Sangini Energy Private Limited.
Gensol has subscribed to 10,000 equity shares, representing 100 per cent of the total share capital by investing Rs 100,000 in each. With these transactions, companies have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of Gensol Engineering.
