Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has acquired Progressive Grid Networks Limited (PGNL) in Kenya to explore power transmission opportunities in East Africa.
The initial share capital for PGNL stands at KES 1 billion, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares valued at KES 1,000 each. This acquisition gives AESL full ownership, acquiring 100 per cent of the shares through cash consideration.
