Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has acquired the special purpose vehicle, Pune-III Transmission Limited from PFC Consulting Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited through a competitive bidding process.
Pune-III Transmission was established for the development of the “Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from Potential Renewable Energy Zone in Khavda Area of Gujarat under Phase-IV (7 GW): Part D.” The project includes the establishment of transmission infrastructure to support renewable energy evacuation in the region.
