NHPC Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) to advance clean energy solutions, including agrivoltaics, green hydrogen, and sustainable financing.
The agreement aims to address climate challenges and support India’s low-carbon transition. NHPC and GGGI will collaborate on integrating renewable energy technologies with agricultural practices, developing green hydrogen projects, and driving investments in green energy initiatives, aligning with India’s Paris Agreement commitments and NHPC’s renewable energy targets.
