Equinix has signed its second power purchase agreement (PPA) with Sembcorp Power to source renewable energy.
The project, with a maximum capacity of 58.5 MWp, will be developed on JTC’s properties on Jurong Island, including 60 hectares of vacant land and the rooftops of five JTC buildings, such as the Jurong Rock Caverns above-ground facilities and Jurong Island Checkpoint. The project is scheduled to commence in 2029.
