KPI Green Energy Limited has secured Coal India Limited’s (CIL) auction to develop a 300 MW grid-connected ground-mounted solar project at the Khavda Solar Park in Gujarat, valued at Rs 13.11 billion.
The scope includes design, engineering, procurement, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning, along with the supply and transit insurance of crystalline photovoltaic modules designed for a 1,500V system voltage. The project will require a minimum capacity utilisation factor of 28 per cent and will be managed by KPI Green for operation and maintenance over five years.
