Refex Green Power Limited (RGPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, has incorporated Refex Solar SPV Five Limited to implement a 100 MW solar power project awarded by NTPC Limited.
Refex Solar SPV Five, a wholly owned subsidiary of RGPL, has been established with a paid-up equity share capital of Rs 1 million. The project will operate under a power purchase agreement with NTPC for a tenure of 25 years.
