The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has declared the results of its tranche XVII auction for 2,000 MW inter-state transmission system-connected solar power projects integrated with 1,000 MW/4,000 MWh energy storage systems.
The projects are designed to deliver a guaranteed peak power supply of four hours daily. The winners include NTPC Renewable Energy (500 MW at Rs 3.52 per kWh), Hero Solar Energy (270 MW at Rs 3.52 per kWh), Sembcorp Green Infra (150 MW at Rs 3.52 per kWh), Solarcraft Power India 8 (150 MW at Rs 3.52 per kWh), and Reliance Power (930 MW at Rs 3.53 per kWh).
