Sherisha rooftop solar special purpose vehicle (SPV) Four Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, has partnered with LC Infra Projects Private Limited to incorporate LC Infra Solar LLP to develop a 150 MW solar power project awarded by Maharashtra State Power Generation Limited.
LC Infra Solar LLP has been established with a capital contribution of Rs 10,000. SPV Four, acting as a subsidiary of Refex Renewables, holds 26 per cent ownership in this LLP.
