KPI Green Energy Limited’s board of directors has approved the issuance of 65,630,202 bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 1:2 with a face value of Rs 5 each.
As a result, the company’s paid-up equity share capital will increase from Rs 656.3 million to Rs 984.4 million.
