SJVN Limited has declared the results of its tender for 5,830 kW of grid-connected rooftop solar projects under the PM Surya Ghar scheme.
Teerth Gopicon secured 5,705 kW, while Reliance Industries won 125 kW. The projects will be installed on Union Government buildings across seven states, including Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan. The tender, issued in September 2024, was finalised in four months. The projects will be developed under the Renewable Energy Service Company model using a tariff-based competitive bidding process. SJVN has specified a timeline of six months from the signing of the power purchase agreementĀ for project completion. The awarded companies must comply with the guidelines set by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy for system design and execution.
