Insolation Energy Limited has incorporated a subsidiary, MGVI Green Infra One Private Limited for implementing its solar power projects in India.
The subsidiary company will set up solar and rooftop power plants along with erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance and consultancy works for setting up other renewable energy power projects. Insolation Energy will hold 60 per cent equity stake in the subsidiary company,
