Indian Gas Exchange Limited (IGX) and Central European Gas Hub AG (CEGH) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on developing natural gas and renewable gas markets.
The partnership focuses on trading natural gas and renewable gases, including hydrogen, biomethane, and e-methane, along with commodity-related certificates. Both parties will share insights from the Indian and European gas markets and implement international best practices to create a liquid and transparent gas trading environment. They also intend to develop trading platforms for emerging green gases and support gas hub operations in India.
