PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited, has completed the transfer of its wholly owned subsidiaries as part of its transmission asset monetisation initiative.
The subsidiaries, Bijapur REZ Transmission Limited, set up for the development of a transmission scheme for renewable energy integration in Karnataka, has been transferred to GR Infraprojects Limited for Rs 1,140.1 million.
