The Huong Linh 4 Wind Power Plant in Vietnam, constructed by POWERCHINA, has successfully achieved a full-capacity grid connection.
Located in Huong Linh Commune, Quang Tri Province, the plant has a total installed capacity of 30 MW, featuring 10 EN-141/3.2 turbines from Envision Energy. It will supply 90,000 MWh of clean electricity annually, meeting the needs of 48,000 households and reducing CO₂ emissions by 72,000 metric tonnes per year. The project highlights Vietnam’s commitment to renewable energy development and efficient use of wind resources. POWERCHINA overcame significant challenges to complete the installation and grid connection testing, underscoring its expertise in renewable energy projects.
