Vikram Solar has secured a 1,000 MW order to supply solar photovoltaic (PV) modules for renewable energy projects in Karnataka, Gujarat, and Rajasthan. The modules will be deployed under JSW Neo Energy Limited’s renewable energy initiative.
The contract involves the supply of Hypersol N-Type tunnel oxide passivated contact glass-to-glass modules, each with a power output of 580 Wp or higher. These modules are engineered for enhanced efficiency, making them suitable for large-scale solar installations. Manufacturing of the modules will take place at Vikram Solar’s facilities in Falta, West Bengal, and Oragadam, Chennai.
