REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, has transferred the special purpose vehicle (SPV), Rajasthan Part I Power Transmission Limited, to Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.
The shareholding of Rajasthan Part I Power Transmission Limited, comprising 50,000 equity shares and a professional fee of Rs 40 million and reimbursement of expenses.
