Indus Towers acquires 26 per cent stake in 50 MW solar plant for captive use

Indus Towers Limited has signed an agreement to acquire a 26 per cent stake in a 50 MW solar power plant for captive consumption.

The plant will be developed by Amplus Tungabhadra, a special purpose vehicle established by Amplus Energy Solutions to own and operate the facility. The transaction, valued at approximately Rs 270 million, aligns with regulatory requirements for captive power plants. Indus Towers will utilise the full 50 MW of renewable energy generated by the project to support its operations.
