Reportedly, RenewSys India Private Limited has signed an memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Telangana government to establish multiple photovoltaic (PV) module and PV cell manufacturing units in the state. The company plans a phased investment of around Rs 60 billion over the next five years. RenewSys currently operates an integrated manufacturing facility for solar PV modules and key components such as encapsulants, backsheets, and PV cells.
