Borosil Renewables Limited has completed its investment of Rs 178.2 million in Clean Max Prithvi Private Limited (CMPPL) in two tranches.
This investment follows the company’s initial acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in CMPPL for Rs 49,000. Following the additional investments of Rs 35.6 million and Rs 142.6 million, Borosil Renewables has been allotted 31,058 and 1,22,797 equity shares, respectively, of face value Rs 10 each. Despite the fresh investment, Borosil Renewables continues to hold a 49 per cent stake in CMPPL.
