LS Eco Energy is expanding its submarine cable business in Vietnam has partnered with Petro Vietnam Technical Service (PTSC), a subsidiary of Petro Vietnam. PTSC representatives visited LS Cable & System’s factory in Gangwon Province to discuss cooperation on submarine cable production and supply chains. With Vietnam emerging as a renewable energy hub, LS Eco Energy aims to support offshore wind power transmission and expand its market presence in Southeast Asia. The company is also exploring collaboration on PTSC’s project to transmit renewable energy from Vietnam to Singapore. Meanwhile, LS Marine Solution is assessing opportunities in submarine optical cable projects connecting North America and Asia.
