Sapher has partnered with the Punjab government to invest in solar farm development in high-potential locations such as Fazilka and Ferozepur.
The initiative is being undertaken in collaboration with Punjab generation company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Punjab Energy Development Agency. The partnership aims to enhance renewable energy capacity in the state while addressing challenges associated with canal-based hydropower, particularly balancing water conservation with sustainable energy generation.
