The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed acquisition of a 100 per cent shareholding in O2 Power Midco Holdings Pte Limited and O2 Energy SG Pte Limited by JSW Neo Energy Limited.
JSW Neo Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, which is engaged in power generation and transmission through conventional and non-conventional sources. O2 Power Midco Holdings and O2 Energy SG, through their subsidiaries, are involved in renewable power generation, including wind and solar energy.
